to get myself into donating blood regularly and this goal is a great one to get started! I gave blood once about 25 years ago and passed out. Blood pressure dropped. :) If it happens it happens I was ok after about 5 minutes. I am scheduling to do my first donation this weekend! 8 pints equals a gallon! Here we go! :) I will post after the first pint!
