After recovering from a giant superset I went back to the gym this morning and did two sets of my program. Apart from a sore butt muscle it feels good. My boyfriend and I are still finding our rhythm/diet now that we’re living together. I start a 3 week prac on Monday so we’ll see how often I can make it. Even once a week will be good.
