i think i have plateued…123.5 again this morning. i bought jillian michael’s 30 day shred and just started day 1 today! i won’t lie, it kicked my ass. time to get back in shape!
ps for anyone like me who hates driving to the gym, you should try the 30 day shred. its only about 25 minutes of working out a day and all you need is weights. if you dont want to immediantly go out and by it, i know for sure that level one is on youtube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Pc-NizMgg8) so you can try it and see if you like it.
and if you need some motivation to get into it, google “30 day shred results” and there are success threads everywhere!
