What I’d like to do next in yoga: master some of the balance poses by relaxing into them
1) Twisted triangle
2) Bow
3) Plank for 45 seconds
4) Tree pose
5) Half moon pose
I can sometimes do these but I fall over or wobble a lot. I’d like to be able to relax and hold. Just five poses. I can do it.
