dec80 Getting on with it
This goal is suddenly making me realise how much nice but fattening food I eat. (!!)
Generally Friday’s aren’t good food days for me. I think it’s cause its the end of the working week I start to relax more.
Every Friday at work the girls in the office take it in turns to by a couple of food goodies for all of us. It means we look forward to Friday instead of having other buscuits or cakes during the week.
Breakfast: Porridge
Goodie Friday Work Snack : Cola Flavoured Rocky Bar
Lunch : One Toasted ham sandwich
Afternoon Snack @ 3pm : 2 Kiwi Fruits & Good Friday snack of a Cadburys Choc Caramel Freddo
Tea: Roast 3 Slices of Bacon and a Poached egg with 2 slices of Toast using best of both bread.
Pudding : 1 Slice of my friend’s birthday cake
Evening Snack @8pm : Muller Corner
Out of my 5 a day = 1/5
Total Water = 500ml Am & 500ml pm.
