Hurrah! I’m back down to an overweight BMI of 30! I’ve had some days this week where I’ve over eaten, so I had to recover some lost ground, but I’m back to my lowest weight that I’ve been in years. It’s been pretty frustrating as I actually hit 180 last Sunday and it’s taken a week to get back down there.

I’m now 36.5 pounds lower than my high on October 1, 2008. The normal BMI weight for me is 149.6 or another 30.4 pounds to lose. I’m over half way there! It seems like it’s taking forever, but I’ve had to over haul all my eating habits and exercise routine. That’s not something you can do quickly and stick to. I assume that’s why I’ve gained and lost so many times since I hit puberty. Well, at least I’ve learned something with each round.
