I’m really pleased that I didn’t bounce back up this morning. If I can exercise 1-2 hours and keep my calories under 1800 every day, I should be losing half a pound every 2 1/3 days. Admittedly, water weight and a few other things will affect my daily weigh in, but if I stick to my plan the overall rate of fat loss should be pretty consistent.
As usual, today’s goal is to get out and ride plus to try and keep my total calories under 1800.
