skyPRINCE trying to motivate myself, everyday.
I’m a big time water drinker, I drink around 1 gallon of water every day, and when I don’t do it, I don’t feel ok. I feel dehydrated. I don’t know if my body retains water (I’ve been told my extra weight is just water), but, I just do it. Especially because I live in a very hot place, and the sun just destroys me. Curiously, the few times I work out, I don’t feel any need for drinking a single drop of water, just after that. Curious, isn’t it?
