Gain the strength and flexibility I once had and surpass it.
The why behind it and How I am going to make it happen

I use to be a dancer: tap, ballet, jazz. It was something that I loved and left near the end of college. I decided to take up West Coast Swing and other forms and ballroom a few years ago. In doing so, I noticed I wasn’t near as flexible as I once was… And, well, I want to have that back and better.

I decided to start taking Yoga on a regular basis for both the strength and flexibility as well as peace of mind. I figured this was the best place to start since I have been out of practice for so long. So far, I have found where I lost my strength and where some still exists. Now, the real challenge: keep making and taking the time to do this for myself no matter what life brings.
