- Meditate for as long as possible upon waking
- Wash face/brush teeth
- Eat a healthy balanced breakfast
- Drink green tea
- Go for a morning walk
- Do yoga
Intentions for the entire day:
- Don’t obsess over things
- Stop reading so much online
- Just relax and take it easy
- Eat healthily
