This morning I will…

  • Meditate for as long as possible upon waking
  • Wash face/brush teeth
  • Eat a healthy balanced breakfast
  • Drink green tea
  • Go for a morning walk
  • Do yoga

Intentions for the entire day:

  • Don’t obsess over things
  • Stop reading so much online
  • Just relax and take it easy
  • Eat healthily
