Post regular weight updates until I reach and maintain my goal weight for at least a year (read all 44 entries…)

I decided to stop feeling the need to comment on the weight change each week and let the numbers speak for themselves, lest I become too scale obsessed. Most people go up and down in weight from day to day and even depending upon the time of the day so I feel it is best to think of weight as a range not a number. Given that I have no way of knowing from any one time where I am in within the range, it is not any one time but the numbers as a whole long term that speak louder than I can. So beyond any major things such as being sick or a vacation I will not be commenting on much else with this goal beyond the numbers.

Lost This Week: -1 pounds
Total Lost: 2 pounds
Starting Weight: 292 pounds
