TED Talks. I found a series of TEDxCaltech talks I have been watching. Much of the event was focused on Richard Feynman. I had the privilege of attending a talk he was at and I remember his humor. A friend of mine had given me several of Feynman’s books years ago. I read them and quite enjoyed his style. Good memories.

I ordered some new supplements for the cats to help with my oldest cat’s hip problem. The literature looks promising. We will see how it works.

My interest in nutrition, disease and food allergies has me researching autism. I am learning quite a bit about the disorder and what we don’t know. So much of the problem links back to food allergies/sensitivities. Someday doctors will wake up to the fact that we ARE what we eat, and a lot of what we eat should not be in our food. Sad.

I went outside for a while during the evening to enjoy the weather, and I saw an owl fly by. That was the second owl in two days. It was flying east, the same as the owl last night. Maybe it is the same owl, going hunting for the evening. I like owls, I think they are beautiful birds. There was a pair of great horned owls that had a nest in one of the street trees up the street for a while, until the City crews trimmed the trees and they moved on.

It was a good day. :)
