:) Well I decided to go for a walk.
I’m going to do the same route for the next 7 days to see if I can improve.
First check point time ~ 12 mins :13 seconds .29
Second check point time ~ 17:45.16
Total Time ~ 33:14.98
Just over half an hour is ok to start with. I’m going to spent sometime later developing a motivational playlist to play on my MP3 player just so that I can maybe incorporate some jogging. I tried today but it was brief.
Total steps so far today (Which includes working to and from work twice ) = 11,221
