Still too sick

to cook/cook much.

Did make a delicious stew. Used a pre-made potato leek soup as the base. Added rice, sauteed onion and cabbage, and steamed parsnip. Turned out super tasty and satisfying. Better yet, it was quick, nourishing, and easy.

Otherwise I’ve been living off Indian food from local restaurants, and went out for Thai food on the way home from the emergency room last night.

Time to keep resting I guess…

Definitely starting to do better… a little healing each day adds up to a lot over all. Hitting it more heavily with vitamins etc again as well…. crosses fingers
