1. Woke early and went to the gym. I have to make exercise part of my daily routine. My friend Josh gave me sound advice saying that working out should be like brushing your teeth; you just do it. Well I”m not there yet. It’s a struggle for me at the moment. I started to notice that all my pants were becoming snug. In fact there’s a pair in particular does not fit anymore. This is a bad sign. I refuse to buy new clothes. I’d rather exercise and restrict calories.

2. Ate 6 meals today. All were small portions and consisted of a serving of protein and a carbs.

3. After work, I went to Zumba class. I must get enough cardio in to shed the excess weight on my mid section. Attached is a picture of the future me.
