I completed my first half-marathon last weekend. 21.1Km in 1hr34min47sec, 109th out of over 1100! Not bad for 36 years old. At the end of it, I was telling myself that I was never doing that again. Within 24hours I was dreaming of getting into the top 50 next year! So, I’m addicted to running. There are worse things to be addicted to.
After I’m fully recovered from that run, I want to start working on my speed for the 10km and do one of those races in the next 6 weeks. I’d love to get under 40 minutes for the 10km.
