I’ve put my health on hold for too long, and I’ll admit, I’ve been making excuses for myself for about the last year now. I’m ready to get into shape, and I’m working on putting a plan together now. By next Monday I am going to start my workout plan. I’m not really shooting to lose weight, but more to gain muscle and improve my stamina in hopes that it will help to improve my day to day life. I live WAY too far from the city to go to a gym, so all of my exercise is going to be done at home. Any words of wisdom or support along the way is greatly appreciated!
