Yeah, I’m silly. This used to be “be in a movie”, but this is better. Help, anyone? =P

Be in a movie..
Why don’t you make a documentary about being Asian in Finland, shy and learning how to flirt. Perhaps you can speak in your ethnic tongue. Are you Japanese or Korean in ethnicity? You look more Korean or maybe even Mongolian. Then, you can list yourself as producer, main star and even do the subtitles. Make it a comedy and that would be a great way to meet guys too. You can be the next Ingmar Bergman or some other famous Scandinavian drirector. Was he Finish? You could complete 3 or 4 of your goals with one movie.

My mistake
Sorry Hanna, Somehow, when I read your location, I got the idea you were in Finland. I know that Oslo is in Norway. I visited Denmark once with some people who lived there and stayed in Arhus. Of course, I stood out pretty much since I was the only Asian I could see in that town.
I suppose that you were born in Norway. I was born in Taiwan and raised in America. I consider myself American, but have also come to value the 5000 year Chinese culture that I am originally from. I pick the best out of both worlds and incorporate them into the new me. In Hawaii, there are so many people of mixed European and Asian heritage that they call themselves, Heinz 57, after the tomato sauce that is a mix of many things.
As for the documentary, there is a new website that allows you to upload personal videos and share or sell them to others. There are many shy people in the world as well as many Asians who are raised in other cultures. I’m sure that having Asian looks makes you a bit more desirable to the guys in Norway and seeing some of the photos on your other websites makes me believe you are not as shy as you make yourself out to be. But hey, I accept however you want to describe yourself as true.

If a film is ever being made in your area, find out how to become an extra. That typically means long, boring hours, little pay…but you do have the opportunity to get “upgraded” to become a featured extra. These are the kinds of parts you see listed in credits like “Man walking dog” or “Woman in store.” At least, that’s how it works in the U.S. Good luck to you!

I’ve already been an extra, and I actually thought it was fun. Plus, for the few hours I was there I actually got paid quite a lot.

I get emails all the time
from this website WWW.beinamovie.com they tell you when a movie is filming, and what you need to do to be an extra. I was going to be an extra in “Man of The House” but I forgot to go.
Other Ideas!!!!
Why be an extra? have you got any other skills – Hair and makeup for example. Go to a film school and put a poster up saying you are available and what you can do.
This is a really good way to make contacts too because the good films schools often have students that go on to do “bigger and Better” things and if you work hard they’ll remember you!
