Redmaids Not Falling Off The Wagon This Week!
Black coffee and hard boiled egg for breakfast, kidney beans, tomatoes, peppers, and ground beef for lunch, sausage, peppers, and onions with a diet coke for dinner. Really proud of myself…went out to a party at a great sausage and beer house and I didn’t cheat even though I REALLY wanted to. Danielle got a beer, fries, and sausage sandwich. I managed not only to substitute diet coke for beer (what?!), but also to refrain from the fries and order my sausage without the bun. Can’t wait for my cheat day tomorrow, so far I haven’t slipped up once on this diet.
