The set up is there, now for the follow through...

For this goal, I have bought 3 books on learning Python. I usually like having more than one book so I can cross-reference as necessary when things get confusing or difficult.

I have also signed up for a Meetup Group that offers a series of 4 coding classes on Python. That’s not for another couple months, though.

So I will start off learning on my own. THis will require the discipline it takes to actually carve out the time and then DO IT. THat’s the hardest part!! The learning-to-code part is the part that’s good. I need to get better at getting the hard part out of the way.

Like they say, the hardest part of any activity is to simply begin.

So true!

Getting a stationary rock to begin moving is the part that requires the most effort and energy.

Are you trying to work on more goals than this at the same time? My biggest problem is trying to focus on several (very big) goals all at the same time which means I end up working on nothing…any tips?
