Redmaids Not Falling Off The Wagon This Week!
Back on the diet today after my cheat day yesterday. Had a hard boiled egg and black coffee for breakfast, and a bit of leftover ground beef with vegetables for lunch. Dinner was more of the leftovers with a tomato and avocado salad. Had soda water cut with some juice to help with the sugar cravings. Also, a handful of almonds and some baby carrots for snack. Feel great!
