I just decided to start eating healthy yesterday morning due to the fact that I have been eating tons of junk food, such as chips, burgers, etc. I’m a skinny fella. I weigh about 138 lbs. By October 14, I am going to try to weigh 134 lbs. Maybe i should ask my doctor if I should be eating more healthy foods. It’s a hard thing to do. My family enjoys eating chips, cheese burgers, steak, and other fattening foods that aren’t really good for you. Yesterday I had a bowl of Special K with berries and Yoplait yogurt and that was it. Today I had a banana and a fruit salad. I drank some vitamen water, which tasted a little bit bland. I felt sick. I might have to alter between junk food and healthy food this month. I’ll have to see what happens.
