- I’m still doing the exercises my therapist came up with. As both my legs are sore now and I’ve got problems with my thigh, I’ll keep doing this for some time.
- Yoga class will start in October.
- My stair project is slowly creeping back in. I’m working on going down one step with my PT. I hope to get this in a few days.
- I rode my stationary bike for 7 minutes on level 1 three times.
- Nordic Walking is on hold for a little more.
- I walked around a lot, and the walking no longer hurts. Perhaps I can dare a small and easy hike soon!
I’m getting better!
