We know we can do this and we work so much better as a team. I think we should start over on Monday with our goal of 10 sessions. That’ll get us back on track with being accountable. What do you think?
Supercharged Sculpting after work. I did do the elliptical this morning for 20 minutes before work. I’m trying to get in two workout session a day to burn more fat. I REALLY need to start eating better. That is the thing that is really holding me back from losing the weight. Oh well new week. Let me know how your workout goes today.
