Wow, can’t believe its been that long. Seems just like yesterday we were being young, immature adult wanna-bee’s running through the halls at West. Time sure does fly.

Life is good! Having a blast this year with the snowmobile and still an avid hunter and fisherman. Now that I have a little man to share with (my son Aiden) it’s just that much more fun. My wife Wanda went back to school a couple of years back and is now a licensed massage therapist (bummer…..) and takes care of any aches or pains I might get.

Being a fire captain gets me lots of time off. Let’s face it… The bennies and time away from work are the major reasons that I chose this career…....

Looking forward to seeing everyone in August. I hope we can swing it.

Ken - great pictures! I just got back from Maui last week. I was there for 2 weeks and finally picked up surfing - easier than I thought it would be to at least get to a beginner level.

Great to hear from you! We too will be going back to Napili Maui this May. hope we can make it up to see you in August. We’ll be coming up with Nicole Forsi (Schamber) if we make it. Since they are in Portland, they come down alot during the summer for camping.

This is my first attempt, Waikiki 04’. I found standing up wasn’t as hard as paddling out there. I probably would have enjoyed it more if I wasn’t concentrating so much.

yes, now I have 3 guitars… Just got home from playing 22 songs at our annual fire department awards banquet.. Kicked some serious ass we did. Alot of fun. Now I want that marshall half stack I’ve always dreamed of….. eBay…. we’ll see.

Actually he is very good and the BFDers bill be sorry to see him go. I work for Redmond Fire & Rescue (15miles north of bend) but I have heard he is planning on retiring within a couple of years….....

Regardless of what you had said, you’re comments are safe with me.:-)

As to the connection, Larry is my brother-in-law and is married to my oldest sister (I’m the youngest of 6). He is planning on retiring in a couple of years, when my nephew graduates from high school.

We make it down to Bend every so often to visit them. We actually will be down in late July (right before the reunion) with a group of friends of ours visiting Crater Lake, the lava tubes, and all the other cool things in the area along with my family there.

Glad to see you’re doing so well.

Whats happening?

Hey Ken, good to hear things are going well, great snowmachine pics, looks like you are an arctic cat man, me too. Summer has finally arrived, in the high 60’s low 70’s this week. KAS is gone, they retired & sold the planes. Ketch & Margureite still ride their harley in the states during the winters. I will never forget Ketch’s immortal words to us “RUN, I’M TIMING YOU!”
