Perhaps due to a recent jolt of increased cheeriness or just simple contrition from the reality of how bratty I am 90% of the time, I’ve been making considerable efforts to be more agreeable. It just makes life better for everyone if I bury the complaints, suppress the comments, push back the petulant indignation, and just do what I’m told when I’m told. I hope my efforts are being noticed- because I really am trying to change.
