Balance is key!
It’s very easy to eat much of the same things that you would eat as an omnivore. With the Internet it’s easy to find delicious vegetarian recipes. I just had to keep reminding myself to get enough protein. And I learned that tofu is tasteless and it’s a matter of how you cook it whether or not it tastes good. It’s delicious with potatoes, tastes like chicken, and it’s a lot healthier!
