I moved back to Ipswich last August. I don’t know how long we’re going to stay here for, but for the moment it’s comforting to be back and it feels like it’s one of those things I ‘just had to do’. A very different view from eight years ago when I couldn’t move away fast enough!
I understand that feeling as well. Because I can remember as I grew up that I felt like I knew this place too well, and the vice versa; and all I really wanted to do was be on my own in a bigger place that didn’t know me so well.
Obviously, I’ve since changed my mind.
