Did 2 half marathons and 1 15k race this year and it’s time to get back to my goal – 10k in 50 minutes (new target: 47 mins). I’ve enrolled in a 10K “speed race” (single turning point, all flat terrain course) which will be held on March 12. I could do 5:00/k with no problems and am shooting for 4:40-45/k to get a better 10K result.
My 21 and 15K races required some endurances and it’s time to start my interval training to build up speed.
