do 50 consecutive push-ups
25 now... 3 years ago

I am at 25 consecutives now… still long way to go.. :(

Anyway, for those who did it alrdy, or atleast around your 40s…

can you gimme some hints on how to improve?

let’s say the way you put your hands.. the positions.. how far apart are your hands.. how you breathe… how much rest u take in btween each tryout.. and wat other workout you did.. and etc…

helpful tips (hopefully)

Keep your hands a little wider that shoulder width and if you make sure to keep your back straight it helps. Try to rest at least 20 minutes after each attempt, and (if you can) try to do ten each morning and night. Hope I helped, peace love and happiness
