this goal is just too general. I need a number. “More” just doesn’t give me a real goal I can count. So I’m going to “give up” and add a goal with a number. 3 glasses to start seems reasonable. Once I’ve made that a habit, I can go for maybe 5 glasses. This just isn’t working for me. :(
