Lol…...everyone keeps on asking me that. Sorry to say there is no “secret” to losing weight. Just takes a LOT of motivation and eating less processed food and working out at least 5 days a week. Also allow one day to cheat so you don’t deprive yourself of the foods you love. Good luck!
