Today’s Calorie Total: 3852
Today’s Exercise Total: Barn Chores and rode Winnie

Today’s Goal:
1. Eat no more than 2,000 Calories. My food choices are now usually pretty good, I need to decrease my portion sizes.

2. Ride Winnie

3. Get up at 8AM be in bed by 11PM (set alarm for 7AM)

Walking is an awesome exercise, but ...

I’m already exercise between 2-4 hours per day. I think more exercise will put me at risk for overuse injuries.

Barn Chores for me too!

The goats and donkeys are cheering even though the weather is cold!
