This week I lost 4.4 pounds. I am does to 280.2. I am still staying hydrated and taking in 140 oz or more of water a day. I am still making sure I stay under my calorie intake which I am using the app Lose-it for. Today I have 2234 calories max to eat, and with each pound I lose that will go down. I am also using Body Medias arm band to track my calorie burn. A quick side not, if you are buying one, don’t waste the money on the Bluetooth enabled one. I know a few people that have them and none of us can get them to work regularly. But my calorie burn goal is 3600 calories per day. In reality I need to have at least a delta of 105 per day to hit my goal, but I shoot for more since I would like to exceed my goal and I know that both apps are estimates and could be off.
