Many people here recommend making a list of things to be done during the day- a list of small goals for each day. I’ll try that and see how it goes.

Good idea
It has helped me a lot :) At first it might be best to do really easy lists so that you for sure won’t fail (which would be bad feedback, not encouraging) and then go for more difficult ones. One time I got too greedy and wrote a list of 25 things for one Sunday. I made it, but it’s not exactly something you want to do too often.. Anyway, good luck!
