So frustrating! I was overseas last year and lost quite a bit of weight, maybe 15 pounds, I was eating healthy, running daily, walking a lot, and never felt deprived. Now that I’m in grad school, I am in front of a computer all day or reading and have completely lost my motivation for running. I buy healthy food, but eat out way too much and stress eat. I also don’t sleep very much which makes it harder. I’m getting married in December and want to feel my absolute strongest and best! Getting back on Daily Plate and starting Jillian Michaels to kick start my weight loss.
