Despite all the unexpected issues of last week, I finished most everything that was in my power to finish. This week I really want to keep that momentum going strong and try to avoid feeling sluggish or overwhelmed.

ah, the overwhelm!

I think we all procrastinate a bit, right? I love your goal!! I get so easily overwhelmed- gotta take it piece by piece. There’s a book called “The Now Habit” that has helped me with this. In fact, I think I’ll pull that book back out right about now…
