its easier to lose the first 10, but thbe second 10 is wayyyy harder…after the first 5 i think im doing so well i can afford to eat an unhealthy thing here and there and then the binging starts till im back to where i started!

The reward for doing a diet can’t be food. That’s how you know to celebrate – happy times = friends/family + food. I don’t really know how to do this either but it seems to me that finding something else, another best friend like exercise or yarning would be helpful

Look for something you like to do, instead of food as a reward. If that involves physical activity (like dancing or hiking), then it has the added benefit of helping you lose more weight. But it could be as simple as going to see a movie, buying something small/token, donating a small amount to charity, etc.
