I have only had one real lesson, but have learned the beginning to Black Sabbaths Ironman, Deep Purples Smoke on the Water, and a little bit of White Zombie. My Instructor is having me practice these little bits of songs to get me used to coordinating my hands. They are all done on the same string so they are fairly easy and since I know how the songs go, I can get my timing down. Last night we had a disscussion over the phone where he instructed me to do certain exercises to learn to strech out my hands. So far so good! I’m just clumsy so it’s a little difficult for me, but I know I’ll get it eventually.
