i’ve been trying so hard to get over my insomnia. it’s been ongoing for about a few months now. since school started, i vowed to start going to sleep earlier and not be zombied out til 3 or 4 in the morning. for the pass couple weeks, i believe the latest i slept was 2:30, which isss pretty good, even though often times i just lay in bed tossing and turning. i guess that’s much better than being awake and draining my energy away from the supply for the next day. i wake up feeling really good about myself when i do sleep a little early and manage to sleep through the night. it’s a little incentive for me to keep going. :)
