InTheMoss trying to imagine up the next 3 years of my life.
I have been doing 30 day challenges with myself, usually a different goal each time: days/30 that I work out, set a min amount of cardio, etc. I used to reward myself with whatever lil small thing (not food) I wanted at the time, like a new bottle of nail polish or something like that. I would hit my goals about half the time. Recently I upped the ante. I’m now giving myself $50 for each challenge I meet (extravagant for me since I’m such a cheapie!), although since I’m getting in better shape the challenges are waaay harder. I usually bank the $50 and save up over 2 or 3 challenges and then buy something I’ve been keeping bookmarked in a ‘reward’ tab on my toolbar. I can look at the rewards often and since they are reeeeally nice, I don’t even think about scrapping the challenge! Yeay, I’m getting muscles!
