Last October, I maxed out at 210 lbs., and I realized that I had to start doing something. I started South Beach and doing Pilates in the morning, though the holidays screwed me, and stress hasn’t helped, I’m currently down to 197, which I think is a good thing. I’m not really looking for a particular number, I just want to be able to play with my daughter without getting winded.
