Well, I’ve been trying to exercise a bit more, and am eating a low glycemic diet.
Usually I crash a couple hours after I eat, and this diet seems to be much better for me. (don’t get crazy when I’m hungry, either)
My dad’s diebetic, so I’m doing what I can to not develop type 2 myself.
I’m hoping to lose 3 more lbs before the convention next week.
I’d better get some walks in, no matter how busy I am getting things ready for the convention.
