I think I will probably have to take melatonin tonight because my sleep pattern is so messed up. I’m glad I’m taking a night class for the first class but I still don’t want to wake up late. I have a lot I need to do before school. I also have to turn off devices a half hour to an hour before sleeping. I really hope I have success with this because I will have more energy and I don’t want to have to buy coffee at school on the 2 days I’m there all day, it’s such a waste of money that could be used for something else. I really hope to get the majority of my homework done during my break at school so I have time for more sleep and other things at home. One of my professors is already sending a number of emails and I think trying to scare us, as he listed the grades given for the last 12 years he’s been teaching this course. I’m nervous about a new semester but if I can get into a normal sleep schedule it will help. I have never really had a normal sleep schedule as I have always been a night owl even when I was in high school I went to sleep late and had a hard time getting up in the morning. I really need to think about how I’m going to spend every hour of my day so I get everything done but I still get enough sleep. So this goal can help me with my other goals.
hope you get some sleep
There was this study that says… well, yes, you sleep better when you work out.. BUT.. it takes something like 3 – 4 months of working out to get to that point. Guess after that, it’s smooth sleeping. best wishes.
good to know
I didn’t know that, but I do need to get into a workout routine as well. I would really like to get to that point. Thank you!
