I keep slipping up on this one because I keep forgetting I am trying to complete this (I tend to ear/drink whatever is directly in front of me). I have been doing a pretty good job but my main weaknesses are tea and coffee. It could be worse, but I want it to be better!

I love loose leaf teas and I would not mind drinking them if I would actually go out and buy some. But my biggest problem with teas is that the ones that are most available are the ones that have astronomical amounts of sugar in them! My brain says no because of the sugar, but my heart says yes because it is tea and tea is good for you…
