Boa1 ...gotta take action
So I enrolled in a yoga class from September 2013 to December 2013( twice a week for 3 months). My first class was today ( also my birthday :) ) . To be honest, I didn’t really enjoyed it…the teacher mentioned it was for everyone including beginners but I felt like it was for advanced people. The teacher was saying the name of a bunch of poses in indian and I couldnt understand what she was mumbling…plus i am NOT flexible at all so the movements were very difficult for me to achieve. I also found it difficult to do a pose properly while trying to regulate my breathing. It was just a hot mess…anyways I could ask for a refund since it was only the 1st class but a part of me wants to just give it a shot for 3 months to see what I can get from it. Maybe ill get better and better, we’ll see. any advices?
