One of my best friends has just moved to Berlin with no money, plan, or house to live in – just cos she wanted to.
I want to do it too, but am too chicken.

You should do something like that at least once in your lifetime. I garuntee you that somehow things always work out!

Yes!
First she got a job as a waitress in a cocktail bar – she couldn’t speak any German, but just learnt the names of all the cocktails and she was fine.
Then she used the classic trump card of teaching English.
There’s a postscript to the story too – she met the love of her life in Berlin, and they’re now living happily ever after and writing a children’s book together.
Since I posted this goal, I’ve met the love of my life too, which has put the Berlin plan on hold for now…
