.. and then the not so good. I think I was lucky to drink 3 glasses of water today.

And I still haven’t got around to setting myself reminders… someone smack my hand!

Set 43things to remind you to drink more water every day. If you get an email a day telling you to drink more water, I’m sure you will unconsciously do it :-)

Hey, it's already working

Today when I was checking my email, I thought to myself “I wonder when I’ll get my reminder email?”

Still haven’t got it, but I was prompted to drink some water there and then!
