wake up when my alarm clock goes off (read all 3 entries…)

I’m starting a new job on Tuesday and have decided that I’m going to start the job off right by waking up on time FOR SURE. After I get out of bed I feel fine, it’s just forcing myself to wake up that’s such a problem for me!


Stating the obvious

If you aren’t getting enough sleep, it’s horrible to get up in the morning. I can tell when I am caught up because I wake up before my alarm and wonder why it hasn’t gone off yet. It’s really worth going to bed early when you can (not always possible, I know) and being as consistent as you can with getting-up times, even on weekends/days off.
