I’d really like to get back into doing yoga regularly. After training as a yoga teacher in a very dynamic practice three years ago, I fell in a heap and was eventually diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue. Since then I have hardly practiced and my body, mind and heart really miss it. So I’d like to slowly start bringing it back into my life, but not in the dynamic, driven, yang-style which will wear me out. I will be focussing on restorative and rehabilitative yoga, focussing on restful action and active relaxation.
